ServiceI just bought some dishes from the store, but when they arrived, they were all broken. It was really disappointing and caused a big problem for me. When I contacted customer service about it, they didn't want to help and told me to return the broken dishes for a refund. It didn't make sense to me that I had to deal with returning something so heavy and delicate. I was really let down by the bad service and lack of empathy from Arket.
