CommunicationI just bought something online and had a problem with the address section. When I got my order confirmation, I noticed that some parts of my address were missing. I called customer service right away to try and fix it, but they said I couldn't do anything until the delivery company had the goods. This whole thing is so frustrating and doesn't make any sense at all. It's like being told you can't fix a broken machine until it completely breaks down. It's making me so mad!
