I was really excited when I ordered a new pair of boots online, but when they arrived, I was so disappointed to see a 5mm hole in the sole. It's not cool that they didn't check the quality properly before sending them out, and it doesn't look good for the company. When I got in touch with customer service, they only offered me a tiny 20% off my next online purchase, but I couldn't use it on anything that was already 50% off. I think they should have just given me the discount to use however I wanted, either in-store or online. Their customer service and quality control need to step it up, or else it's just going to keep ruining people's shopping experiences.

I bought a pair of sandals from this store recently and I was really disappointed with how they turned out. After wearing them for just 10 minutes, they broke, showing that they weren't made well at all. Plus, I saw that the store was selling damaged clothes without saying anything about the issues or giving any discounts for stuff like holes, loose threads, or fabric that was messed up near the tag. And on top of that, if you wanted to return something, all they gave you was a store credit, no cash back.<br>It's pretty worrisome how they don't seem to care about quality or customer service at this place. Looks like they need to pay a bit more attention to the little things.

The color from those colorful jeggings totally wrecked two of my backpacks by transferring onto them. It's obvious that the dye they used was really cheap. Those jeggings can stain anything they touch, and the stains just won't come out. Even my new boots got stained blue on the inside. Can't lie, I won't be coming back to shop here.

Oh my goodness, I spent way too much money on summer clothes at this store three weeks ago, and let me tell you, it was a complete disaster! I always wash my clothes in cold water and tumble dry on low heat, but these clothes still shrunk so much! I ended up giving 5 pairs of shorts to an 8-year-old who fit in them perfectly, even though they were supposed to be XLs! I recently bought some stuff from your store and let me tell you, I am loving the style of your clothes. BUT, there's this one big issue - your sizing is just all over the place. I got a dress in large that fits like a medium half the time, shirts in all sizes from small to large, and pants that fit me like a medium or a large. Oh, and don't even get me started on the body suits. Every time I try to squeeze into one, I have to go for the biggest size, even though I'm only 5 foot 5. And guess what? Every time I wear one of those body suits, it's like a battle. It's so tight that it splits me in places I don't want to be split. Ouch.

I love shopping at this store, but can we talk about the sizing problems? I ordered a Halloween sweatshirt in a large, but when I tried it on, it was more like a medium fit. Seriously, it's annoying to have to always guess what size to order. And don't even get me started on how some items are so inconsistent in sizing. Sometimes a large fits just right, and other times it's completely off. It's frustrating to have to deal with this when all I want is to enjoy my new clothes.

I was totally convinced I was a size seven, but had to go down to a five because they were way too big! And seriously, what's with those thick thigh parts? Not cool at all, eh.
