DeliveryI got these super awesome high-top sneakers from an online store, but man, they took so long to get here! I was waiting and waiting, it felt like forever! The customer service was terrible, I tried to reach out and they totally ghosted me. So rude! I definitely won't be ordering from them again, I'll just go to the mall for stuff from a brick-and-mortar store. Maybe I'll check out H&M next time, I heard they're much better.

DeliveryI just ordered something from this company and it took way too long to actually ship out. Even though I picked "express" shipping, thinking it would be faster, it still took forever. I really like things to be quick and efficient, so this was really annoying. I still haven't even gotten my order yet, which is disappointing. I feel let down by the whole shopping experience. Even if they have good sales, I don't think I'll be buying from them again because of this delay.
