PriceI bought this product not long ago and it broke in less than a week because it was made with crappy materials. So, I called customer service to complain and was totally surprised when they told me the defect was just regular wear and tear. They wanted me to fork over a crazy amount of cash to fix a tiny part of the product. I mean, come on! The thing was garbage to begin with, and then on top of it all, their customer service was a complete disaster. I was so ticked off and felt like they totally ripped me off.
