CommunicationI was unsure about ordering from this company because their communication seemed a bit off. They only offer chat or email support, and there's no option to talk to a real person on the phone, which makes me wonder about their customer service. If I do decide to buy from them again, I'll definitely use Amazon pay for extra security. I'm also glad that the item I purchased doesn't need warranty service because I can only imagine the hassle that might come with it.
