I first spotted these amps on a gear forum after my buddy pushed them on me. Sent two units and was sure I blew a fuse — both had faults after a couple weeks. Support was maddeningly slow, mostly auto-replies once a week. After nagging them for months I did get a replacement and now it mostly works. Still wary, but relieved.

Man, I'm super annoyed right now! I bought something and it arrived all broken and messed up. I've been trying to get it fixed but no one is helping me out. It's been forever and I still haven't heard anything. Ugh!

I recently bought a Dac from this store and the USB connection wasn't working properly. I tried to get help from customer service, but they never got back to me. I was really let down by the total lack of communication and support from the company.

I was unsure about ordering from this company because their communication seemed a bit off. They only offer chat or email support, and there's no option to talk to a real person on the phone, which makes me wonder about their customer service. If I do decide to buy from them again, I'll definitely use Amazon pay for extra security. I'm also glad that the item I purchased doesn't need warranty service because I can only imagine the hassle that might come with it.
