Halfway through my second week with the headphones, I'm actually relieved I kept them. They sit light in my ears, controls are obvious, and voice calls sound clean during my daily commute and during makeshift meeting calls at the kitchen table. The ordering part was a mess — paid for express, got regular USPS and waited weeks, and support replied slowly. Still, product itself performs well, so glad it turned out okay, could've been smoother, but it's fine.

The packaging was great and the product was in perfect shape when it arrived. I was a bit worried because I saw some bad reviews, but my own experience was really good.
