Returns & RefundsSo, my charger broke and I needed a new one to charge my phone. But when I went to get a replacement, they said I needed the original order number. Who keeps that around forever, eh? They wouldn't accept the serial number, it had to be the order number! It was so frustrating. They really need to come up with a better system for warranties because this is just absurd, you know?

ProductI just bought a 6ft USBc to USBc cable for my new iPhone. Sadly, I was let down by the quality. The Anker version doesn't click securely like the original cable that came with my phone, so it keeps disconnecting when I put my phone down. I tried both ends of the cable, but after an hour my phone still hadn't charged. Honestly, I think the cable is poorly made and doesn't meet my expectations.

When I reached out to customer service, they asked for a bunch of photos and details about a simple £9 cable. It took them 4 days to get back to me, which made the whole thing so frustrating and time-consuming. I'm never buying from this company again, they clearly don't care about keeping their customers happy.

And then when I tried to return them, they were all like, "Nope, can't take back items bought on Ebay." It's totally unfair because now I'm stuck with these broken speakers and I wasted all of my money. I should have checked the reviews first because obviously, they don't want to admit to selling faulty junk. Ugh, it's so frustrating!

It took weeks to sort out the replacement, and when I finally got the new product, it wasn't even what I had ordered originally. Even after going back and forth through many emails, the issue was still not fixed to my satisfaction. This whole ordeal has made me unhappy with my purchase from this company, and now I'm not sure if I want to recommend their products or buy from them again.

ServiceI bought this wireless charger and it only charges your phone once with just 10m amps. What a rip off, eh? It's so expensive and doesn't even work well. Their customer service is the absolute worst, eh? Save your money and buy from somewhere else, trust me.

ServiceI purchased the Eufy2c cameras back in November 2023. Unfortunately, one of the cameras started to have an issue with picking up movement because the lens got foggy. I tried cleaning the lens, keeping it indoors, and repositioning it, but the problem kept happening. When I contacted customer service at Anker for help, the experience was really frustrating. Each advisor kept asking me to do the same troubleshooting steps and provide information like the invoice, serial number, and shipping address that I had already given multiple times. They were slow to respond to my emails, which didn't help. It took several exchanges before they offered to replace the camera with a different model, the Eufy2, which wasn't what I wanted. It took a few more emails before they finally agreed to exchange the camera with a similar one. Overall, the customer service was not good and it took way too long to sort out the issue.
