The company I bought from really let me down. Their products looked good but didn't work well. I bought a PowerBank for my long business trip and it was a total failure. It kept giving me a temperature error message saying it was too cold as soon as I boarded the plane. This messed up the device completely - it won't charge, won't work, it's useless. I tried to return it and use the warranty but they said no, leaving me stuck with a useless item and a bad experience.

I had a problem with my powerbank lately - it just stopped charging no matter what charger I used. Luckily, I went on their website, filled out the warranty form, and in just 3 days, I got a new one sent to me. I was really impressed with how easy and quick it was, so I'm still a big fan of their products. Hopefully, this was just a one-time thing and their quality stays consistent.

Yeah, so I had bought this charging cable a little while back and it was all good until this week when it just randomly stopped charging my phone right. It's so frustrating! Hey there, I bought a Thunderbolt 3 Dock from your company not too long ago. Unfortunately, it crapped out on me after just 15 months. I reached out to customer service and they sent me a replacement under warranty. But then that one bit the dust after 17 months. I was bummed out when Anker said they couldn't replace it because the original 18-month warranty had run out. My dock just sat on my desk the whole time, hooked up to a monitor and my laptop. Can you guys help me out?

So, my charger broke and I needed a new one to charge my phone. But when I went to get a replacement, they said I needed the original order number. Who keeps that around forever, eh? They wouldn't accept the serial number, it had to be the order number! It was so frustrating. They really need to come up with a better system for warranties because this is just absurd, you know?

So, I like bought these two speakers online, but they didn't even work properly! And then when I tried to return them, they were all like, "Nope, can't take back items bought on Ebay." It's totally unfair because now I'm stuck with these broken speakers and I wasted all of my money. I should have checked the reviews first because obviously, they don't want to admit to selling faulty junk. Ugh, it's so frustrating!
