Charger kit purchase

I bought a charger kit from this company not long ago, but ran into some trouble with the charger and cable. When I contacted their customer service team, I was disappointed because they weren't very quick or helpful. Even though they tried to fix things by sending a new plug, I still had issues with the cable from the original kit. It took them two days to get back to my email and then another five days to deal with my request for a new cable. The slow response and lack of follow-up made me feel annoyed and unhappy with their customer service.

Earphones

I got these really cool earbuds last year, but one side stopped working after a few months. I reached out to the company and they were so nice and helpful. They even sent me a brand new pair without charging me, not even for shipping. The new pair works perfectly and I'm really pleased with them.

Battery powerbank replacement

I just had to share my recent experience with the customer service team because it was so awesome! I needed a new battery powerbank on short notice, and they were super helpful and quick about getting me sorted out. The new powerbank is top-notch - works great and seems super durable. I really like how they pay attention to the little things and make sure their customers are happy. It makes a big difference!

Headphones purchase, exceptional customer service

So, check this out, eh! I had a problem with my headphones, so I decided to give customer service a call, eh. At first, I was pretty ticked off, but let me tell you, those customer service folks really came through for me! They were super patient, knew their stuff, and gave me a fix that was way beyond what I was expecting, eh. I gotta say, I'm really thankful for their top-notch service and how professional they were. Huge shoutout to the amazing customer service team for turning my bad experience into a good one, eh!

Wireless Charger for iPhone 15

I bought a wireless charger for my iPhone 15, but it didn't work even though the box said it was compatible. I reached out to customer service via email, but they were not helpful. The first customer service rep, April, took ages to figure out it was incompatible. I asked for a refund or discount on another product, but all I got was a discount on their website, even though compatible items were on sale. The second rep, Shane, said April was basically a robot. Not cool, man. Overall, it was a bad experience.

Useless lighting cable

I can't believe how terrible the products are and the customer service is even worse. I bought a lighting cable that ended up being totally useless. When I reached out to customer service, they asked for a bunch of photos and details about a simple £9 cable. It took them 4 days to get back to me, which made the whole thing so frustrating and time-consuming. I'm never buying from this company again, they clearly don't care about keeping their customers happy.

Replacement purchase experience

My recent experience with getting a replacement for a product I bought was really frustrating. The responses from customer service through email were slower than what I expected, causing unnecessary delays in fixing my problem. It took weeks to sort out the replacement, and when I finally got the new product, it wasn't even what I had ordered originally. Even after going back and forth through many emails, the issue was still not fixed to my satisfaction. This whole ordeal has made me unhappy with my purchase from this company, and now I'm not sure if I want to recommend their products or buy from them again.

I bought a wireless charger and their customer service stinks.

I bought this wireless charger and it only charges your phone once with just 10m amps. What a rip off, eh? It's so expensive and doesn't even work well. Their customer service is the absolute worst, eh? Save your money and buy from somewhere else, trust me.

Eufy2c Cameras Purchase

I purchased the Eufy2c cameras back in November 2023. Unfortunately, one of the cameras started to have an issue with picking up movement because the lens got foggy. I tried cleaning the lens, keeping it indoors, and repositioning it, but the problem kept happening. When I contacted customer service at Anker for help, the experience was really frustrating. Each advisor kept asking me to do the same troubleshooting steps and provide information like the invoice, serial number, and shipping address that I had already given multiple times. They were slow to respond to my emails, which didn't help. It took several exchanges before they offered to replace the camera with a different model, the Eufy2, which wasn't what I wanted. It took a few more emails before they finally agreed to exchange the camera with a similar one. Overall, the customer service was not good and it took way too long to sort out the issue.
