I can't believe how a company can just make a product useless after only two years by stopping a key part like the wi-fi bridge. Customer service was a total joke - email, phone, you name it. They didn't give any solutions, just excuses. And the thumbprint option wasn't even dependable. I'm never buying from them again.

It seems like those products are made to only last right after the warranty ends, eh? I had this doorbell that stopped working after 13 months. The customer service folks don't really care about keeping customers happy or having a good reputation for the company, that's for sure.

Well, that beauty has been going strong for a whopping 7 years now. And don't even get me started on the new speaker I just picked up - top-notch sound quality right there, eh.

I just bought a 6ft USBc to USBc cable for my new iPhone. Sadly, I was let down by the quality. The Anker version doesn't click securely like the original cable that came with my phone, so it keeps disconnecting when I put my phone down. I tried both ends of the cable, but after an hour my phone still hadn't charged. Honestly, I think the cable is poorly made and doesn't meet my expectations.
