Hey friends, I bought some really nice stuff online but it never came. The folks at ANINE BING just kept apologizing without actually refunding my money. It's frustrating and I'm pretty disappointed. I definitely wouldn't recommend shopping there, look for another place instead!

Eh, my online shopping experience with this company has been a major bummer, eh. I ordered a Valentine's gift over a week ago, and it still hasn't even been sent out. I've sent two emails asking about it, but no one has bothered to reply to me, eh. It's like they don't care about their customers at all, and that's just not cool, eh. I would recommend looking elsewhere for your shopping, eh. This company isn't worth the trouble, eh.

I recently bought something from their website and I was so excited because I got a free gift with my purchase, a tumbler. It was clearly listed in my cart when I was checking out, and it was also mentioned on my order confirmation. But when my order showed up, there was no tumbler in there. I was pretty bummed out, so I got in touch with their customer service for help. They said they’d look into it and send me the missing tumbler. But, sadly, I never got any updates or the tumbler that was promised to me. To top it off, I later found out that the tumblers were actually for sale on their website after this whole mix-up. It was really disappointing and frustrating. I still like the brand and their products, but from now on, I’ll probably shop at other stores, especially when they have deals on her stuff.
