I just bought something online and the customer service was terrible. I sent them a bunch of emails and even followed up, but it's been almost a week and I still haven't heard back from them. On top of that, they gave me a tracking link for the delivery that didn't even work. It feels like they're just trying to mess up. I had a much better time shopping in person, but their online service is a total mess.

So I recently ordered some jeans and a leather jacket online and they arrived looking just like they did in the pictures, and the quality is top-notch. The only problem was the sizing, so I had to return them. Unfortunately, the customer service was nowhere to be found. I called multiple times, sent emails, and even tried hitting them up on social media, but got no response. It took forever to hear back, and even then, I wasn't sure if my return was being processed. This lack of communication and follow-up is pretty disappointing coming from a big company like that.
