I was just checking out the bike stuff, looking for some extras, when I ended up on hold forever it seemed. But then, out of nowhere, someone from the online sales team came to help. They didn't know the answer right then but said they would find out - and they did, super quick! They not only fixed my issue but also put the item on hold for me. Now that's what I call service!
