Eh, so I bought this N-2B parka from a US online store cause the UK one didn't have my size. Surprisingly, it only took about 3 weeks to get to me, even with the international shipping. The customer service was top-notch, they were really helpful on the phone and email. The coat itself is great quality, super warm, and definitely worth the money. I'd totally recommend this brand to others, and you can bet I'll be coming back for more.
