DeliveryI ordered this super awesome thing online, and it never arrived 🙄 I tried calling customer service a bunch of times, and all they said was that they'd send me a replacement, but I never received any emails about it. Eventually, I got fed up and said, "Just give me a refund!" and they were like, "Sure, you'll get an email eventually." Ugh, I doubt I'll ever see that money again, it's so frustrating!
