'Down' jacket in XXL
I recently bought a 'down' jacket in XXL from this store, eh. I was hoping for a comfy fit, but when I tried it on, it was tighter than my vest from a different store. It was a real bummer to see the sizes didn't match up. To top it off, the zipper at the bottom was sewn shut on the jacket I got! I had to grab a seam ripper and fix it up. Honestly, I wasn't too thrilled with the quality check on this one, you know.
Purchased items never arrived
I placed an order two weeks ago and still haven't got my package. I contacted customer service and they said they gave me a refund instead of helping me get my items. The rep I spoke to said this happens a lot, which is pretty disappointing. Overall, the service was lacking as they didn't really seem like they cared about fixing the problem. It felt like they just wanted to push me aside and move on to the next customer. I'm really not happy with how little they care about their customers.
Expedited shipping order not fulfilled
I ordered expedited shipping but it still hasn't been filled after 5 days. When I tried to contact customer service, I only got automated responses. I placed another order the next day but I'm regretting it now. I'm disappointed with the customer service, especially compared to other companies.
