I just bought a couple things with express shipping, but it ended up being delayed. When it finally arrived, only one part of my order showed up. I tried reaching out to customer service, but didn't hear back from them. Gotta say, I was pretty let down by the whole thing and wouldn't suggest this company to anyone.

I recently bought something from this company and I even paid extra for faster shipping. They said it would arrive in 4-5 days, but it's been a whole week now and I still don't have my order. I feel like they were just trying to get more money out of me for nothing, and now I'm still waiting with no end in sight. I really suggest not buying from this company because their shipping is sketchy and can't be trusted.

I ordered my Christmas gifts on November 30th, but it turned out the company made a shipping label with UPS that wasn't even legit. I tried reaching out to customer service for help, but got no response or support. I definitely wouldn't recommend ordering from this company because their customer service is seriously lacking and unhelpful.

I placed an order two weeks ago and still haven't got my package. I contacted customer service and they said they gave me a refund instead of helping me get my items. The rep I spoke to said this happens a lot, which is pretty disappointing. Overall, the service was lacking as they didn't really seem like they cared about fixing the problem. It felt like they just wanted to push me aside and move on to the next customer. I'm really not happy with how little they care about their customers.

I ordered expedited shipping but it still hasn't been filled after 5 days. When I tried to contact customer service, I only got automated responses. I placed another order the next day but I'm regretting it now. I'm disappointed with the customer service, especially compared to other companies.
