As a customer, I was happy with the product I bought from this store at first. But, the lack of customer service really ruined my overall experience. The guy I talked to, Arman, was no help at all and didn't want to deal with my order issues. I'm pretty let down and annoyed by how things turned out. I think good customer service is super important for any business, and the way they treated me has definitely changed how I see the brand.

Eh, my experience with this company has been pretty disappointing, eh. I bought three jackets but only got two, and they still charged me for all three, eh. I've sent a bunch of emails trying to fix this, but haven't heard back, eh. It's frustrating to be ignored and not get a simple fix, eh. I'd tell others to steer clear of this company, their customer service is pretty bad and not reliable, eh. After giving them lots of time to fix things, I have no choice but to get my credit card company and the better business bureau involved, eh.

I ordered a jacket from your shop recently, eh. But when the package arrived, turns out I got the wrong stuff, bud. So I reached out to customer service right away, hoping they'd fix it up and send me the right item. Instead, they told me to place a whole new order, eh! That got me pretty cheesed off, let me tell ya. As a customer, I figure the company should own up to their mistake and make sure I get what I paid for, you know?
