CommunicationEven though I liked the stuff I got before and was a happy customer, this time I had a rough go. The phone number I called for help took me to an online chat thing where they wanted me to cough up a buck just to ask about shipping. Even after trying a bunch of times, I still couldn't get a straight answer. Couldn't even talk to a real person! The whole thing was a headache and left me thinking twice about buying from them again.
