ServiceMy experience with the company's customer service and ordering process was such a letdown. I dealt with unhelpful and rude reps who were not very professional or empathetic. Even though I invested time and money with them, they didn't admit to their mistake and instead brushed me off. It's frustrating and makes me feel like they don't value me as a customer.
