My experience with the company's customer service and ordering process was such a letdown. I dealt with unhelpful and rude reps who were not very professional or empathetic. Even though I invested time and money with them, they didn't admit to their mistake and instead brushed me off. It's frustrating and makes me feel like they don't value me as a customer.

Got a great experience with 1-800 CONTACTS! Called to change my son's contact lenses delivery since he's coming home from college. Saved a bunch by switching to quarterly delivery and the customer service was awesome. Deborah helped me out a ton and made everything simple and stress-free. Definitely recommend giving them a shout! Service with a smile and savings in less than 7 minutes.
