Wrong lenses, same old hold music

double-check what you upload, keep screenshots, and maybe stick to somewhere local unless you’re up for a soap-opera of hold music and surprises.

Last-minute lens panic

orders showed as "confirmed" but nothing shipped and I got zero useful emails about failed payments. I spent an hour in chat trying to sort it out and the rep got defensive and cut the conversation short, which was super frustrating. For the first couple months things went smoothly, so I kept the plan - but support and the tech side just fell apart. Now I'm hunting for contacts last minute because their system hiccuped again. Bottom line: product feels okay on my eyes, price wasn't bad, but the subscription service and communication aren't reliable enough if you need contacts for travel or work. I won't sign up again unless they fix how they handle billing and customer chats.

Loyal customer left confused by rebate system

you don't get a physical card to use wherever you want. Instead it's a virtual credit that only works at a handful of partner sites. If you want that credit, you have to sign up with the bank issuing the e-credit and share your full address — even though they won't mail you anything — and agree to their terms. That felt invasive, and frankly I worried about what else they'd do with my details. I suggested this company to friends before, but this experience has me telling them to be careful. Customer service replies were polite but slow and mostly unhelpful on the rebate specifics. So yeah, I'll probably keep buying contacts elsewhere; product was fine, but this rebate and the hoops are a dealbreaker for me.

I gotta say, the customer service from this company is top-notch every single time. Those reps are super friendly and always ready to help me out with any questions or problems I have. One time I needed contacts sent to a hotel right away, and they shipped them overnight without a second thought. Replacement order due to cold weather

You know what, I gotta say, dealing with this company for my lenses was amazing. I ordered my contact lenses online without any hassle at all, it was so easy. Then, just last week while I was on vacation, I had a problem with one of my lenses. I contacted customer service and I was so impressed by how quickly they responded and how eager they were to assist me. They not only replaced my damaged lens for free, but it showed up the next day. I've never had such great customer service before, I am seriously impressed.
