CheckoutI was so disappointed with the customer service from this company. When I tried to talk to a manager, the first person I spoke to just hung up on me, which was so unprofessional and rude. And the whole ordering process was so confusing and sneaky. At first, it looked like the contacts were a good deal, but then they hit me with hidden processing fees when I got to the shipping part. They didn't tell me about those fees on the order summary page or when I was entering my credit card info, so I felt like they were being shady. Overall, my experience with this company was really disappointing and I definitely won't be buying from them again.
