1-800 CONTACTS - Reviews and experiences

Man, my experience with this company has been total garbage. I ordered back in early April and now it's already mid-May and still no sign of my contacts. The website promised delivery in 5-11 days, but that's just a load of rubbish. When I reached out to customer service, they told me my order was still being "manufactured", which is ridiculous after waiting for over a month. The lack of transparency and communication from this company is beyond frustrating. And to top it off, they didn't even mention the prices were in USD and the terrible exchange rate ended up costing me way more than if I had bought from a local store. Definitely not buying from them again.

To be honest, I was really looking forward to getting my contact lenses quickly, but it turned into a bit of a mess. I needed to fill my prescription urgently so I paid for expedited shipping, but the order kept getting delayed. Initially, it was set to arrive on Wednesday, 48 hours later, even though I paid for next day delivery. Then, the shipping didn't actually leave until Monday and wasn't delivered until Wednesday, 5 days later! I think they should have sent it out on Saturday to make up for the delays. I was really let down by the inefficiency of this business!

I was so happy with my order from this company. I got a discount and paid $20 for shipping. The coolest thing was that I got my order in less than 24 hours, which never happens with other places I've tried. I'll for sure order from them again and would totally suggest them to anyone who needs contacts fast.
