PriceThe prices from this company are way too high and their price matching policy is super confusing. I was just talking to a customer service rep and I showed them proof that other places are selling the same thing for way less. I even sent screenshots of the other website showing the lower price but 1-800 CONTACTS still gave me a much higher price. They just said something vague about their policy but didn't really explain.

PriceI was so let down by my experience at this company. They say they'll beat any price, but when I found cheaper prices somewhere else, they wouldn't match or beat them. They tried to say it was some "Special Google" pricing, but it was obviously just an excuse. You're better off checking out other options like EZ Contacts or Contacts LensKings to save yourself time and money.
