Returns & RefundsI bought some contact lenses from this company not too long ago. I had a really bad experience with their rebate offer. I did everything they asked, sent in my rebate form on time, but when I tried to check on the status of my rebate, they said they didn't get it. Dealing with all of this was super frustrating and it felt like I wasted my time and money. It's really disappointing how they didn't communicate well and didn't take responsibility for the mistake.
