Overall it works, but the billing issue left me uneasy. I wear contacts every day, so ordering has to be simple. The website was quick and they filed my VSP claim. At checkout I was told I'd get about $105 off a $270 order. Months later, while checking my remaining benefits, my insurer showed they billed $160. I didn’t see that extra credit at first. I wrote in and eventually got $55 back. Not great for confidence, but the lenses and delivery were fine.

the package arrived quicker than I figured it would. Everything else was a pain — they filled against the wrong prescription, getting a refund took months, and support was slow to respond. My initial doubts were mostly justified, though that fast delivery was a small surprise.

I did everything they asked, sent in my rebate form on time, but when I tried to check on the status of my rebate, they said they didn't get it. Dealing with all of this was super frustrating and it felt like I wasted my time and money. It's really disappointing how they didn't communicate well and didn't take responsibility for the mistake.

Tried to order contacts, but was only allowed to get the recommended ones. Ended up canceling my order because of that, had a bad experience. Won't be ordering from them again because I don't agree with their refund policy.

I just bought some contact lenses from this company, and I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with their rebate system. The card they gave me doesn't work at most stores, which is really annoying. It feels kind of shady, I'd rather just get a check. This whole thing has not been a great experience for me.
