I’m not thrilled, but I’m-ish satisfied enough to stop pushing. I updated my prescription because I wear these lenses every day for work, commuting and the occasional run — can’t be squinting on the road — and figured it’d be straightforward. Instead I got the wrong lenses in my first order. They owned the mistake and said they’d send the right ones, which sounded promising. I was about to be away for a while, so they told me I didn’t have to ship the incorrect ones back since my only option then was to use them, fine. I got billed for the first set. Months later I get another billing notice and, surprise, the replacement was the same wrong lenses. Now I’ve got four boxes that don’t match my Rx and another charge pending. Customer service call didn’t fix it — the rep was curt and basically noted it but didn’t solve anything. They did offer 20% off my next order, which felt like a token fix, but it’s something. So yeah, skeptical and annoyed, but given the acknowledgement and the small concession, I’m leaving it here for now and won’t reorder until I’m sure they’ve tightened up their checks.

I got my contact lenses in the mail, but they had the wrong prescription or were put in the blister packs wrong. I couldn't get through to customer service no matter how many times I tried, all I got was a robot trying to sell me stuff I didn't need. I ended up having to call my credit card company to dispute the charge.

Oh my goodness, I just picked up my new contacts and they're absolutely fantastic! They fit like a glove and are super comfortable to wear all day long. I can see so clearly now, no more blurry vision!
