CommunicationI was pretty skeptical at first — buying life insurance online felt a bit dodgy and I wanted everything on paper. Their site made answering questions easy, so I tried it. The policy arrived with mistakes though, and I had to push them a few, no, a couple times. After that things improved and most errors were fixed, but communication was slow and I’m still waiting for final confirmation. Overall price seemed fair and ordering was simple, but be ready to follow up and ask for written copies early.
