Emma - Reviews and experiences

Sat at my desk, did it all online. Ismael answered every question. Super easy process, but I missed a phone chat. Still glad it worked — recommend offering a call.

Great overall the rep calmly fixed my mess and kept me sane. I filled the form wrong twice, Michael stayed patient, answered fast and explained things. Small delay at one point, but honestly much better than others.

I gotta say, I had a chat with one of their customer service reps and she was super nice and easy to talk to! The service was absolutely top-notch.

I just bought a mattress from this company and I gotta tell you, the service was fantastic! They were a bit aggressive with sales, but they really paid attention to what I wanted and gave me great customer service from start to finish. I felt like they genuinely cared about me and making sure I was satisfied with my purchase. And let me tell you, the mattress quality is top-notch!

I was really happy with how easy and efficient it was to buy the product. The info they gave me was clear and to the point, which helped me make a good choice. The prices were also great, which was a nice surprise. I want to give a shoutout to the amazing customer service I got from the person who helped me. They really went out of their way to make sure everything went smoothly.

I had a great time dealing with this company. Ordering was easy and fast, and the advisors really knew their stuff and made me feel comfortable. They took the time to make sure I understood everything, and I really liked that. I would definitely suggest this company to other people.

Buying a mattress from this company was really great. The questionnaire they gave me was detailed but easy to fill out, making sure they knew exactly what I needed and liked. Once I got my quote, I was put in touch with Sophie, a specialist who was super helpful. She knew a ton and took the time to answer all my questions in a quick and thorough way. Everything went smoothly and quickly, and I was really happy with the service I got.

The service was great, the lady helping me was so sweet even though I made a mistake on my form twice. Michael Guay was really nice and understanding with me, amazing service!
