zenfolio - Reviews and experiences

Ya know, I've been with zenfolio for years now, but I've reached my limit. Their archiving system is just so dang annoying. Who has time to wait 12 hours to buy something simple? It's crazy to me that they haven't come up with a premium option without the archives. It's like they don't even get how photographers work. And on top of all that, their service is all messed up right now, with the CEO apologizing all over the place. I'm done with them - taking my business somewhere else.

The gallery archiving system is a real mess, eh? I've been trying to place an order for the past 20 days, but I keep hitting roadblocks because of how haphazard their archiving process is. It's so annoying to deal with such disorganization and inefficiency, you know? As a customer, I just want things to go smoothly when I'm ordering, but this whole experience has been a total headache. I really hope they get their act together and fix their system so this doesn't keep happening.
