CommunicationOh man, can you believe it? I've been working with this company for 10 whole years and now they're really dropping the ball on me and my clients. The archive blunder is really frustrating my people, they can't even access their stuff. Zenfolio is seriously losing my confidence fast, which could mean losing some accounts too. They promised to fix things in 12 hours but it's been a whole week and still no progress. Customer service said they would prioritize critical galleries, but still nothing. Looks like I'll have to switch my clients over to Dropbox for now. So disappointed.
