Zazzle - Reviews and experiences

I just ordered a custom coffee mug from this site and I gotta say, it's been pretty good so far. I really like all the different designs they had to choose from, and it was super easy to make it my own. But I haven't actually gotten my mug yet, so I can't really say how good it is just yet.

I just ordered some memorial cards for my parents' memorial service and Zazzle was amazing. I decided last minute that I wanted to have small cards to give to guests, and Zazzle's website made it super easy for me to create them quickly. The site was easy to use and had just enough options for customization without making me feel overwhelmed. I was able to make the cards personal with the perfect design and message, and that meant a lot to me.

I really liked how easy it was to use the editing program on the website to make badges for our employees. The process went smoothly and we could personalize the badges just the way we wanted. But, I have a suggestion for making it even better. It would be great if we could update items in the cart while editing, instead of having to add new ones and delete the old ones. In the end, we were super happy with the badges we got. They looked exactly how we wanted them to and we were pleasantly surprised to get them earlier than we thought. Thanks a lot!

The phone case I got from this online store was amazing, eh! The design was spot on and the quality was top-notch. But, I gotta say, the ordering process was a bit confusing and I was having trouble figuring out how to customize my case on the website, you know? It took me a while to get it sorted out and I really wish it was more user-friendly, eh. On the plus side, the customer service was exceptional, I tell ya. The reps were so friendly, knew their stuff, and always there to help, eh. They sorted out any problems with my order real quick and even gave me a discount for my next buy. The prices were fair for the quality, but the shipping costs were a little steep, if you ask me. Nevertheless, the delivery was surprisingly quick and my phone case arrived in perfect shape. All in all, happy with what I got and the service, eh.
