Tutors actually helped me — great ones. Platform, though, made pausing my subscription a pain (second time it got weird). Glad it worked out eventually.

audio was silent in Chrome tab when playing Tube videos inside the classroom, and honestly I almost gave up. First support agent couldn't help and just told me to file a technical feedback — that was annoying. Then Justin stepped in and actually suggested using the classroom's Embed feature on the Whiteboard, and after testing I could finally hear the Tube audio. So yeah, there are proper experts at Preply but they're not always the first person you meet. Would be nicer if the simple workaround was documented up front. Still, I’m glad it got fixed — thanks Justin, saved my lesson.

I had a fantastic time using this language learning platform. It was super convenient to study and schedule classes on there. I liked how easy it was to reschedule classes when I had to. And I didn't have any technical problems with the online platform, which made my learning experience even better. I started off learning German, but then switched to integration language courses. All in all, I'm really happy with my experience and would totally recommend it to others.

I gotta say, using the whiteboard during online tutoring was a bit tricky. It's great for sharing info and working with the tutor, but I found it tough to handle the text block. It would be awesome if we could save all that stuff written on the whiteboard in WORD format for later. Plus, there were times when the text would just vanish out of nowhere, which was super frustrating during our session.

I am really impressed with this language learning app, eh. It's honestly the best tool I've found for studying languages. The app has a great variety of tutors, awesome customer service, and a super easy interface. I haven't run into any issues while using it. I like that I can schedule lessons when it works for me and fits my budget, too. I've even told a bunch of my friends about this app and I'm so thankful for the chance to improve my language skills.
