I just wanted to say a big thank you to the staff member who helped me out with my order. The flowers that were sent to my wife in Thailand were absolutely beautiful, even better than I expected. I really liked the follow-up phone calls, it made the whole experience feel more personal. I would definitely recommend this service to anyone wanting to send flowers overseas. Great job, guys!

Oh my gosh, seriously, this flower company is just the worst, like, ever! They claimed they tried to reach out to me, but then they couldn't deliver the flowers because of where I live. They ended up being 3 days late and were completely different from what I ordered. They looked so cheap, like, gross! And guess what? They didn't even offer a refund or try to make things right, like, what a joke! And their customer service, like, where is it even? They never pick up the phone, so don't even bother trying. Honestly, save your money and buy flowers from somewhere else, believe me! This company seriously needs to close down ASAP!

I'm really sick of all the negative reviews this company is getting! I ordered from them back in 2018 and they came through with an amazing chocolate cake. Fast forward two years, I reached out to them again and they managed to get my order to me on the same day like they promised. Their customer service chat is always there for you 24/7 and they really make an effort to help and reassure customers with that extra personal touch. Plus, they have a phone number you can call and they're available for 14 hours every day. It's just not right for people to leave bad reviews when my own experience with them has been so positive.
