Pickup Flowers - Reviews and experiences

My recent experience with the flower delivery service was so disappointing. They told me the flowers would come on time, but they ended up being two days late. I even said I would cancel the order if they couldn't make my date, but they still let me down. And to top it off, they didn't include a gift card or my message, so the person getting the flowers was confused. I had to get my family to call the delivery service to figure out who sent them. All in all, I was left feeling really unhappy and annoyed with everything.

I'm really upset about the flowers I ordered for our anniversary. They never arrived on time like they said they would, and on top of that, I got an email saying they were delivered way before the date I asked for. When I called customer service, they just told me there was nothing they could do. It was so frustrating! They kept saying they'd look into it and get back to me, but that didn't fix anything. Our anniversary celebration was basically ruined, and I felt like I was taken advantage of.

I ordered this awesome birthday present for my best friend, but it never arrived! Can you believe that? I was so upset and even sent them tons of emails, but they didn't even bother to reply. Like, seriously? I want a refund and an apology for all the trouble and embarrassment they caused me.

I took a bit of a risk and ordered some roses to be sent to Islamabad, even though I had my doubts from reading some not so great reviews. The website was way cheaper than other places, so I thought I'd give it a shot and kept my fingers crossed. To my surprise, the roses actually made it on the right day like they said they would, despite my reservations at first. Maybe the company is improving or it could just be the local florist they work with doing a good job.

It's just really disappointing when a company doesn't hold up their end of the deal. I would definitely suggest staying away from this company. The support people didn't respond to my questions well and seemed like they couldn't grasp simple requests.
