Ordered a beautiful wicker basket with blue, purple, red and white flowers, organized by colour with matching butterflies pinned to the basket handle. Was surprised to see the cost of $59.99 less a $10 coupon processed on my credit card as $104 Canadian. Delivery fees of $20.48 and processed in USD was the cause... My grandmother sent me a photo when it arrived and it was a cheap pink plastic basket with lilies and carnations, nothing like the image. Submitted an email with the photo of the advertisement vs, the delivered product via email. Was told to email or call to discuss. Emailed again... as per your email, emailing a complaint with a photo... they called me to advise they were looking into it. Then called me the next day to advise that they used premium flowers and substitutions are permitted. No room for customer complaints, no consideration to false advertising.

I'm really upset about my online flower order. I paid for it but got nothing in return, just a promise to look into it. It's frustrating not knowing which local florist they used, it makes me wonder if there even was one. I have no option but to call my credit card company and tell them it's a scam. Don't use this service, it's not worth the trouble.
