ServiceI recently ordered some flowers for delivery, but they never showed up. I talked to a bunch of customer service people, even a so-called "manager", but my problem didn't get fixed properly. I'm really let down by the poor service and lack of response from this company.

The flowers turned out beautiful and they really made my friend's day. Even though the arrangement I wanted wasn't usually an option there, Just Flowers came through!

ServiceI ordered flowers for Mother's Day and it was a total disaster, eh! I got the fancy flowers for my mom, but they arrived late, eh. And they kept promising they'd be there soon, but they never showed up! My mom was super upset and I was really ticked off, eh. Then they went MIA and I had to keep phoning them. Finally, they refunded my money, but it took forever, eh. I won't be using them again, that's for sure!
