My experience with this company was really disappointing. I ordered flowers for Mother's Day for my sister, but they arrived a day late and not looking great. When I called customer service to say something, they said the flowers were delivered on time even though my sister was home all day. Even though I had a good reason to complain, they wouldn't give me a refund. It was a frustrating experience that made me feel unhappy and unimportant as a customer.

The flowers I picked were for a special lady who can be tricky to shop for. We've all been there, eh? Let me tell you, those flowers were gorgeous and smelled so good. The florist came through just in time for the retirement bash, and when she laid eyes on them, she got all emotional. The joy on her face was priceless and made it all worth every penny. She couldn't stop gushing about the stunning roses and the sweet smell. The vase that came with it was top quality and really added to the whole package. Both me and her were thrilled. Thanks a bunch!

I've been a regular customer and my first four orders were fine. But this latest order for my fiancé's birthday was a disaster. I paid extra for the deluxe upgrade, but what was delivered was totally wrong and way lower quality than I was expecting. I contacted JustFlowers with photo proof, but they asked for more evidence. It was frustrating overall and I was let down by their lack of customer service and support. I won't be using them again.

I had such a good time ordering flowers online for my friend! It was super easy to pick out and buy the perfect arrangement. When she got the flowers, she was totally shocked and happy. She even sent me a picture to show them off because they were so pretty. The arrangement looked even better in the photo, which just goes to show how great the florist's work is. Plus, the flowers got there early in the day, so my friend could enjoy them all day before going out for dinner.

I was so let down by the service I got from this company. I ordered two things for Mother's Day and they both turned out terrible. The flowers were all sad and droopy, not at all what I had asked for. When I called to say something, the regular workers were sorry, but the bosses were not nice and didn't want to fix it. They even tried to say that a half-dead bouquet was okay by giving a small discount. Can you believe it?
