I just ordered some flowers for delivery, eh, and I gotta say, I'm really disappointed with the service I got. I asked for them to be delivered on a certain date, but they showed up several days late with no heads up or excuse. You can't say you'll deliver something by a certain day and then not follow through without telling the customer. The customer service wasn't much help and didn't seem to care about my issue. All in all, a pretty disappointing experience that I won't be doing again.
