I've ordered from this company four times already, and each time I've been super impressed with how fast they ship my order and how I always get exactly what I asked for. It's such a relief to not have to worry about mistakes or mix-ups when it comes to buying printer ink. I've never had to deal with any backorders or missing items, which is a big bonus for me. I really value the efficiency and accuracy this company delivers.

I bought a Panasonic cartridge from this website and they said it would come in 5 days. But after waiting 9 days with nothing, I tried to contact them through chat, email, and phone many times. All they said was that a third party was handling the shipping. I got fed up with the lack of updates and long wait, so I ended up cancelling my order and getting it from someone else.

I gotta tell ya, the online reviews for this company were totally misleading! Everyone was raving about how fast the shipping was, but my experience was the complete opposite. It took a whole week for me to get my ink cartridges, and I had chosen the slowest shipping option. Honestly, what's the point of having different shipping speeds if they can't even deliver on time? Thanks a bunch, shipping department. This was my first and final order with this company.
