I recently bought some ink cartridges, and I have to say, I was pretty disappointed with how things went down. It's been four weeks since I ordered a total of nine cartridges, but only six of them have shown up so far. I'm feeling frustrated because there hasn't been much communication or transparency about where my missing cartridges are at. When I reached out to ask what was going on, I was told it was a "split" order and the rest of my stuff was on its way. But I still don't have a tracking number or any clear idea of when I'll get the rest of my order. The lack of information and slow delivery time has really left me feeling let down by the service.

I just bought some high yield printer cartridges from your website, but got regular ones instead. I tried calling customer service a few times but couldn't get through to anyone for help. Plus, your site's return policy wasn't clear, which made things even more frustrating. I'm pretty disappointed with how things went down and don't plan on shopping with you again.

This company is a complete nightmare to deal with. I ordered the wrong ink cartridges by mistake and tried to cancel right away, but they completely ignored my attempts. When the order was finally shipped, they suddenly acknowledged my cancellation requests and blamed it on system maintenance problems. I returned the order weeks ago and was told I'd get a refund in 15 days, but now they're saying they can't find my return and it's sitting in their warehouse waiting to be processed. The lack of communication and accountability is not okay. I recommend everyone steer clear of this company, they're just scam artists.

I ordered some ink cartridges for my printer from a website, eh. Turned out they didn't have them in stock and said it would take a week or two to get them. So I waited patiently, but after two weeks, there was still no progress, you know? I tried emailing them, but got no reply. When I called customer service on January 6th, they put me on hold a bunch of times and said they still didn't have the items in stock, and it could be another 1-2 weeks. I got frustrated and decided to cancel my order over the phone. But by January 9th, I hadn't gotten any confirmation of the cancellation or heard about a refund. After trying multiple times to get in touch with them, I finally got confirmation on January 10th that the cancellation was underway. But then, surprise surprise, the ink cartridges showed up that same day, straight from Japan and made in Indonesia! I had already ordered from somewhere else and now need to cancel to avoid getting double, you get me? This whole thing has totally turned me off from using their services again.

The seller's website was all like "Oh yeah, your ink cartridges are in stock and we'll ship 'em out today." But guess what? After getting a confirmation email, I heard nothing else about my order. Now, the stuff still hasn't shown up, and the seller won't answer my texts or calls. It's like they just up and vanished or somethin'.
