It's really too bad that the company doesn't seem to have my back when it comes to their product. So, I bought some cartridges not too long ago and they turned out to be total duds. When I got in touch with customer service about it, they told me I'd have to pony up for the shipping costs to send the cartridges back, even though they were clearly defective. It was really disappointing that they didn't even try to figure out what went wrong or offer a solution.

Let me tell ya, the customer service at this place is just awful! I made the mistake of buying remanufactured cartridges for my printer, and guess what? They didn't even work! So, I sent an email to their support team, and let me tell you, the response I got was just terrible. Now, I'm still trying to get my money back for these useless products. I'm absolutely disappointed with how this whole thing has gone down.
