I can't believe they sent my order to the wrong address! And to top it off, they won't give me a refund until their warehouse confirms that they got the product back. It's been three weeks and I still haven't seen my refund.

Don't bother with this company, eh! I ordered ink cartridges from them that never showed up, and when I asked for my money back, they said no way. The customer service was super rude and didn't help at all. I definitely won't be buying from them again.
