I gotta tell you, I recently bought some gifts on this website and it was not a great experience. Even though I ordered early for Christmas, all three gifts arrived two days late. I tried reaching out to them multiple times through different ways, but all I got was a generic response blaming the delay on 'the rush.' Like Christmas sneaks up on them every year or something. And then, on Christmas Eve, I got a message from customer service saying I hadn't paid for one of the orders. My credit card statement says otherwise, so what's up with that? Seems like they're trying to play games with their customers.

I just got a birthday present from this company and I have to say, I was really impressed with the service I got. They delivered the gift to the right place and person, and it arrived right on time. I've been using this company since 2015 and I would definitely suggest it to all my friends, family, and coworkers. You're doing a great job, keep it up!

I recently ordered a birthday gift from this company and, to be honest, it was a bit of a rollercoaster. The gift ended up being late and it wasn't even the thing I picked out! But hey, my friend really enjoyed the surprise of getting a "second birthday" and those chocolate covered strawberries that came with it were top-notch. Turns out, the gift I got was even better than what I originally chose. I was glad they kept me updated on the delivery date so I wasn't left hanging. Overall, I might not go back to them in future because of the issues I faced, but I could give them another shot if they step up their game. Those chocolate covered strawberries were too good to resist, so I might just order them again someday.

I just made 8 orders for business gifts to send to our partners in Germany. After placing my orders, I checked out some reviews - like most people do - and got a bit anxious. But you know what? The packages arrived on time, and Sarah from customer service even messaged me on WhatsApp to double-check that everything was alright. Despite my worries, everything turned out great. I didn't ask for any delivery photos because these were business gifts, but I hope they looked nice.
