App & PortalI recently bought something from this online gift shop and had a bit of a rough time with their customer service. When I put in my order, they said it looked suspicious and asked me to send some docs to prove who I am. But the upload button wasn’t working right, so I got annoyed and lost. I tried to get in touch with their customer service through chat and email, but they took forever to reply and I didn’t know what was happening with my package.
