I had a pretty frustrating experience with that company. I couldn't get a hold of them about my order because they said they messaged me on WhatsApp, but I don't even use that. I tried emailing and reaching out through chat, but didn't get any response. So sadly, the gift for my son-in-law never got delivered, and that was really disappointing.

I was really looking forward to ordering a Christmas gift for my mom from this amazing website. I found the perfect gift and even got to pick the delivery date. But when the gift arrived three days late, I was really disappointed. They didn't even bother to let me know about the delay, I had to figure it out myself. I tried to contact the company, but they ignored me completely. I was really mad about the whole situation because I had used them before without any issues. I even searched for them online and found a lot of negative reviews. It's not cool at all.

I ordered a gift basket for my niece to celebrate her excellent exam results. But when it showed up, it was just stuffed in a box with only half of the stuff that was supposed to be in there according to the catalogue. It was also supposed to be in a nice basket! I reached out to customer service, and 4 different people told me they were looking into it, but it’s been a whole week and I still haven’t heard anything back. I feel really let down and like I got ripped off.
