I recently bought some electronics accessories from this online store, and let me tell you, it was a total waste of my time. The delivery driver lied about trying to deliver my package, which is just not cool. When I contacted the chat support for help, they couldn't do anything to fix the problem. It's pretty obvious that customer satisfaction is not a priority here, as seen on Trustpilot, and now I understand why. If lying and bad customer service are allowed at this company, count me out.

I just bought some big packages from an online store and the delivery team, Mike and Billy, totally blew me away with their awesome service. They delivered my stuff a whole week early and even brought it all the way to the patio like I asked. Their professionalism and going the extra mile is really impressive. Huge shoutout to Mike and Billy for their exceptional service, they deserve all the praise.

I don't normally write reviews, but I had such a terrible experience with this company that I felt like I had to say something. I ordered a camera lens and was supposed to get it delivered between 8 am and 6 pm on a Tuesday. Well, surprise surprise, it never arrived. The tracking info didn't help at all and when I called customer service, I got passed around three times before being told they couldn't even find the driver. Can you believe that? It's just unbelievable how incompetent they are.

I've been waiting for my package for what feels like forever, eh! I've tried contacting customer service a bunch of times, but each time they just give me the runaround. It's so frustrating, eh!
