I bought some electronics from an online store not too long ago, and I gotta say, I was super let down by how they handled the delivery. They told me I'd get my stuff sometime in the mid-afternoon, but guess what? The delivery never showed up. And to top it all off, the item got sent back to the depot and nobody bothered to tell me why or when I could expect to actually get it. The lack of communication and transparency really bugged me and left me feeling totally frustrated and unhappy with the whole shopping ordeal.

So I just bought some electronic stuff from this online store, but man, let me tell you, the delivery service was a real letdown. They told me they'd deliver it within the whole day, but the package never showed up on the day they promised. And to top it off, they didn't even bother to keep me in the loop about what was going on. It was super inconvenient and really got me frustrated. I tried calling customer service for some help, but I was stuck on hold for what felt like forever with no solution in sight. Ended up having to contact the supplier directly to sort things out.
