    I recently bought some electronics accessories from this online store, and let me tell you, it was a total waste of my time. The delivery driver lied about trying to deliver my package, which is just not cool. When I contacted the chat support for help, they couldn't do anything to fix the problem. It's pretty obvious that customer satisfaction is not a priority here, as seen on Trustpilot, and now I understand why. If lying and bad customer service are allowed at this company, count me out.

    What a disaster of a delivery experience from this company! We were given a delivery time slot and waited eagerly by our front door, only to get an email two minutes after the time was up, saying the driver couldn't make it and left a card. Nobody came to our door, and there was no card! We called their office, and they said the driver was close by, but he never showed up, despite us waiting on the road to flag him down. After multiple calls, we were promised the parcel would be dropped off at the end of the day, but that didn't happen either. The parcel finally arrived a day late, and the driver even had the nerve to say it wasn't even on the van for delivery the day before. This whole thing was a major waste of time and very frustrating. DX seriously needs to improve their systems to avoid this kind of mess in the future.

    I bought some electronics from an online store not too long ago, and I gotta say, I was super let down by how they handled the delivery. They told me I'd get my stuff sometime in the mid-afternoon, but guess what? The delivery never showed up. And to top it all off, the item got sent back to the depot and nobody bothered to tell me why or when I could expect to actually get it. The lack of communication and transparency really bugged me and left me feeling totally frustrated and unhappy with the whole shopping ordeal.

    Dash cam footage incident

    Hey there,

    I just wanted to share with you a not-so-great experience I had with one of your drivers recently. So, I was walking on this narrow countryside road, minding my own business, when this driver comes zooming by at crazy speeds. I had to stick out my leg just to try to get him to slow down because my hands were full trying to protect my dogs from the passing cars.

    But instead of being understanding, this driver slams on the brakes, skids past me, and then has to back up at least 5 meters on an uphill slope. Throughout all of this, he was hurling insults at me and insisted he was only going 35mph, which was totally not true. It was pretty clear he didn't care about slowing down or sharing the road with others.

    My main concern was the safety of myself and my furry companions, and this driver's aggressive behavior definitely put us in harm's way. I really hope your company can do something to teach your drivers to be more careful and considerate when it comes to sharing the road with pedestrians, especially in areas without sidewalks. Thanks for listening.

    I'm really disappointed with the service I got from the company. I ordered wireless earbuds two days ago and I'm still waiting for my package. It's just not right to leave customers hanging like this. I reached out to the company I ordered from and they're trying to sort things out with the supplier to fix this bad service. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that I'll finally get my package tomorrow like they said.

    I don't normally write reviews, but I had such a terrible experience with this company that I felt like I had to say something. I ordered a camera lens and was supposed to get it delivered between 8 am and 6 pm on a Tuesday. Well, surprise surprise, it never arrived. The tracking info didn't help at all and when I called customer service, I got passed around three times before being told they couldn't even find the driver. Can you believe that? It's just unbelievable how incompetent they are.

    So, I ordered this winter coat and gloves online 'cause my mom said I needed 'em for when we go see Grandma up north. I was so pumped when I ordered 'em, but then I got TWO messages sayin' they were comin', and then nothin'! Like, what's the deal with that? So annoying. And then they finally showed up THREE days late, and the delivery guy was all, "I'm not the usual guy," like, no kidding, how would I know that? And the tracking was a joke, showin' 'em movin' and then just stoppin', just like the driver's blank face. Ugh, kinda sucked overall, to be honest.

    I recently bought some meds from this website and man, was I let down by the delivery process. Supposed to get my package yesterday, so I spent all day refreshing the tracking page, excited for it to arrive. But no dice. Check again today and it's back out for delivery. Then suddenly, it says it was left at my back door, but there's no pic to prove it. I looked at my security cameras, checked around my property, nada. Hit up customer service for help and all they say is to contact the vendor, then bam, I'm disconnected. Now I'm stuck without my meds for the weekend, waiting until Monday for a fix. Wish I'd known this company was gonna be such a pain - would've bought from somewhere else.

    I recently bought some electronics accessories from an online store and I've gotta say, I was super disappointed with how my order was delivered. I was checking my email for updates on the delivery, and I was completely shocked when I saw that my package was apparently dropped off at an address that doesn't even exist, 20A, while I was home the whole time. I reached out to customer service and they told me that my package was actually left at a random house on a different street with a totally different house number. My husband had to go searching for it and he found it just stuffed haphazardly down the side of someone else's house. It was such a unprofessional and inconvenient experience. I strongly recommend that folks be cautious when ordering from this store.

    As someone who shops online a lot, I gotta say, I'm really not impressed with the delivery service from this retailer. Supposedly this dude named "Ben" is in charge of deliveries, but all I've gotten from him is a bunch of letdowns. After missing the last delivery, I'm starting to think this whole courier thing might be a scam. Today was supposed to be the day for my second item to show up, but surprise, surprise, I'm still waiting on that elusive "Ben" to come through.
