App & PortalMy account got locked even though I paid for it, eh! I tried to log in on my computer but it said I had to sign up through the app, even though I already did, you know? The support section worked but I couldn't contact them, like what a bummer. The mobile app kept saying something unexpected happened, so frustrating. After reinstalling a bunch of times, I finally got in, even though it said I didn't have an account, like really? I ended up canceling my subscription because it was such a mess, can't deal with that, eh.
