Saw them on Facebook, tipped a buddy, paid — no delivery, no replies, bit annoyed

Missed the renewal email and got annoyed. I started using it a month earlier. Support replied next day and refunded me — that's when I relaxed.

quick replies that sounded like they hadn't read my messages, sometimes kinda curt or clearly templated, and when I tried to explain my side they stopped responding. Been using them a couple of years — that felt off. Bit disappointed, I won't be back or recommending.

I'm having a frustrating problem trying to get my invoices from the platform. I've reached out to customer service many times and explained the issue, but haven't gotten it fixed yet. It's been a whole year of fighting to see my Blinkist bills, and I'm let down by how the company hasn't been helpful in communicating or solving the problem.

Don't bother with this subscription, it's a total no-go. I subscribed 4 days ago and paid with Paypal, but then couldn't log in because they claimed my email was incorrect. Come on, it's the exact email they keep spamming me to sign up with! I lodged a complaint and received a reference number, but it's been 4 days and still no response, no call, nothing at all! No customer service number either, seriously? They really need to step up their game, honestly, I wouldn't recommend this subscription at all, just take a look at all those negative reviews they have.
